How to Book
Booking an Ark Quest is simple. Start by reaching out through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Our team will work with you to understand your preferences and craft a personalized itinerary. Once you approve the plan and pricing, we'll send you a booking confirmation and payment instructions.
Deposit and Payment
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer and approved online payment methods.
Cancellation by the Traveler
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

| 30-59 days before arrival | 50% of total cost refunded |
| 15-29 days before arrival | 25% of total cost refunded |
| Less than 15 days | No refund |
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
Changes to Your Booking
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if pricing differs between seasons.
- Tier upgrades can be made at any time before arrival, subject to availability.
- Itinerary modifications can be discussed with your travel planner up to 14 days before arrival at no extra charge (subject to availability).
Cancellation by Ark Quests
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or modify your trip due to safety concerns, natural disasters, government advisories, or situations beyond our control. In such cases:
- We will offer you an alternative date or itinerary of comparable value.
- If no alternative is acceptable, you will receive a full refund including your deposit.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. We can recommend reputable insurance providers upon request.
Force Majeure
Ark Quests is not liable for cancellations or changes resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, airline failures, or severe weather events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or find the best possible resolution.
