2. Services

Ark Quests provides curated travel planning and booking services for the Maldives. We act as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers including accommodation, transport, and activity operators.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved online payment methods.
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Pricing

Prices are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on season, availability, and exchange rates. We reserve the right to adjust pricing before a booking is confirmed.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability. Ark Quests is not responsible for losses arising from inadequate insurance coverage.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
  • Obtain any required visas or travel permits.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs.
  • Comply with local laws and customs of the Maldives.
  • Respect the environment and local communities.

7. Changes by Ark Quests

While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as planned, circumstances beyond our control (weather, safety concerns, supplier changes) may require modifications. In such cases, we will arrange suitable alternatives of comparable quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ark Quests acts as an agent and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ark Quests website — including text, images, logos, and design — is our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of the Maldives.
